Traveling to Vietnam

So one would think to themselves, humm, I'm hungry for some good Vietnamese, so I think I'll stop by the new Bistro. Little to our knowledge, it would be like actually traveling to Vietnam. No, I'm not talking about motorbikes and rice fields, I'm talking about travel time. We ordered our food, waited, chatted, got asked a few times if our order had been taken, or if we had even received any food. (Now keep in mind we did actually order an appetizer.) We chatted some more, asked a few of the wait staff if we would be eating tonight. We even chatted with the table next to us, two older couples, waiting for their meal!

45 minutes later we did recieve our food. (before the couple next to us that had ordered before us) We got our appetizer about five minutes before finishing our meal (which first had to be taken back, because it was the wrong one.)

The food was good however, though I have to say that besides the environment, I still prefer Loung-Loi in downtown Wheaton.

To my friends who love bubble-tea, they have it! So stop by the Vietnam Bistro to get your own. Do go straight to the bar however, to get your order right away.

The best part of the evening was hanging out with this great guy I know and love, who put on a new pair of khakis just for the occasion.
