Fourth of July

So it's the fourth, yes, that's it folks, our nation's birthday, so it's like .... let's 2007 minus 1776 equals 231 years!!! Wait, that's it?! So when we continue to repeat the same history over and over, in our classes from elementary through high school, what is it that takes so long to teach us?

Well today is our grill-out. Do I feel like an adult? my friend asked. Well of course sug'! I'm grillin' out, having people over, lots of laughs, should be fun. Who cares if there are not enough chairs (we have two), but blankets work just fine.

I even went to a parade, by choice! What kid makes that decision? Lots of fire trucks, vintage cars, soldiers, and just to commemorate the 17 year cycle...a giant cicada.

Well for you all that haven't much to do this Fourth of July, we've got great burgers, hotdogs and other delicious food!
